Taiwanese shaved ice, Bào Bīng (剉冰) - Mango Shaved Ice

It's summer time. It's time to have shaved ice for the dessert.

Taiwanese shaved ice, Bào Bīng (剉冰) - Mango Shaved Ice, usually uses sweetened condensed milk for this easy and delicious dessert. For a dairy free version, you can replace sweetened condensed milk with pure maple syrup. This dessert is one of my children's favorites. Yummy!
