Ingredients
  • Sweet Potatoes
  • Tapioca Starch

Directions
1. Bring a pot water to boil. Add sweet potatoes and cook until tender. Drain and mash the sweet potatoes. Then add the brown sugar. Stir to combine.
2. Add the tapioca flour gradually. Mix thoroughly.
3. Roll the dough into sausages, cut them into small pieces, and shape these small pieces into pearl-shaped balls.
4. Boil a pan of water, add your sweet potatoes tapioca pearls, and then immediately stir them so they don't stick together.
5. Bring the water back to a boil and as soon as the tapioca pearls start to float to the top, take them out and put them in cold water to keep them separate.
