About this blog

This blog is a record of the recipes that I tried, new attempt or food adventure. It has been a challenge for me because my kids have different food allergies. Everyday, I need to think what to cook and to make sure every food that I provide is safe for my kids. About two years ago, I started working on my family food journal. I usually try allergy free recipes from a recipe book or modify an existing recipe with allergen free items. The recipes that I tried are not exclusively limited to Chinese Food. I would try different recipes from different cuisines and substitute ingredients that my kids can eat. It is fun to be creative! My goal is to have a family recipe book which includes varieties of dishes for my kids, so they can enjoy eating while they are growing up. If you get some ideas from the blog, please make sure that each ingredient is safe for you and your family. Also, please share your ideas with me.
