This blog is a record of the recipes that I tried, new attempt or food adventure. It has been a challenge for me because my kids have different food allergies. Everyday, I need to think what to cook and to make sure every food that I provide is safe for my kids. About two years ago, I started working on my family food journal. I usually try allergy free recipes from a recipe book or modify an existing recipe with allergen free items. The recipes that I tried are not exclusively limited to Chinese Food. I would try different recipes from different cuisines and substitute ingredients that my kids can eat. It is fun to be creative! My goal is to have a family recipe book which includes varieties of dishes for my kids, so they can enjoy eating while they are growing up.
